Do you find or employ the caregiver?
No. The pilot is for families with their own caregiver or agency. PrimeAge Life focuses on the record of everyday care. We do not employ or place caregivers, or take a commission on their pay.
What does “recorded” actually mean?
It means the caregiver has entered a visit or task in the record. It is not independent proof that care took place or that its quality was satisfactory. Each entry is a basis for a more informed conversation.
What happens if a visit or task has no entry?
Your family follows up with the caregiver or agency to understand what happened. An absent entry may mean care was missed, or simply that it was not recorded. PrimeAge Life is not an emergency-response or continuously monitored care service.
Can medicines and BP readings be recorded?
The proposed pilot includes records of medicine support and measurements already agreed with your existing care team. Medicine records distinguish the scheduled time, what the caregiver reports and when the entry was added. Readings show the value, time and source. The app does not decide treatment or independently verify these reports. We’ll confirm the supported records before you join.
Does my parent need to use an app?
The family view is designed for a mobile app, using entries made by the caregiver. Before the pilot starts, we’ll agree the phone and connectivity needs and a practical way for your parent to understand and review their record.
Who will be able to see the records?
This should be agreed with your parent before the pilot starts. You should receive a written explanation of what will be collected, who may access it, how long it will be kept and how to request a change.
Is this medical or emergency monitoring?
No. The app records updates from your existing care arrangement. PrimeAge Life does not prescribe or administer treatment, interpret BP readings or provide emergency monitoring. Your existing care team remains responsible for clinical decisions.
Can we join from another city?
The first pilot is planned for Chandigarh Tricity (Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula). You can include another city in your enquiry to express interest, but it does not mean a place or launch date is available there.
